SC35 Bunyip

I and my boat part owners are reluctantly offering our SC35 s/v Bunyip up for sale. I and we love our boat, her design, her lines, her cozy interior from the selection by the builder of different types and colors of wood for her interior out fittings.
Under coastal sailing she is maxed out with 6 crew. At the same time She is an ideal ocean cruiser for a crew of four, three, two or solo sailing in comfort and safety.
Bunyip is and has been under upgrade for some time since we bought her. The turning point has been reached a while back.

Why are we selling a lovely ocean cruiser we like, love and adore?.. the reason is that Our current SC35 sailboat owner’s group members has very recent accepted and brought onboard a new owner party.

We are now a total of three owner members all with individual  families and associated friends.

Conclusion and reason for selling and passing on Bunyip to a new lucky owner or owners is that our group needs more square footage to accommodate all our members needs, hence the reason before adding a owner member were that we had to accept and agree on a larger boat which is not in the Rider SC builders line of boats.We have located a boat that do ticks off  our needs. As well as back up candidate  that fits .

We are interested in a quick sale of Bunyip for the above reasons.
Our Asking price is $48k as is in her current stage of upgrades and maintenance.
Asking price is $56k Fully refurbished in approximately 2- 3 month time. Note could be complete earlier if I a new owner/owners would prefer that.  Some additional skilled labor could be needed to meet a new owners needs and wishes to go sailing asap.
Note:
Level of Definition of refurbishment will be discussed and spelled out for a new owner
Would prefer that the new owner would assume the vessel as is in her current state of readiness. Willing to negotiate her selling price in a cash and carry settlement.

Bunyip is dry in one of the best DIY yards , or if any boat owner need or wanted a full service yard in North Carolina as well.
A new owner could move onboard, cook and sleep onboard the day after tomorrow and carry on with outstanding jobs to do if so desired.

All tools needed are onboard and can be negotiated as needed for a new owner
