Tango. Southern Cross 39.

 12 meter cutter rigged sailing yacht built in 1981. Presently based in Denia Mediterranean Spain.

Perkins engine 36 hp. Professionally serviced every year. Fast sea-kindly boat with excellent gear.  SSR registered.

Tango has radar, SSB, VHF, autopilot and chart plotter.
The forward and aft cabins are a generous size and there is excellent headroom throughout.  The cabin sole is inlaid holly. Wheel steering.  Hot water system and three gel batteries with new shorecharger. The yacht can be brought further south in if needed,  however following your point a buyer may wish to enjoy the glorious Mediterranean initially.

My wife and I are reluctantly putting  our 1980 Southern Cross 31 up for sale.  “Second Wind” is a wonderful boat but we simply don’t have the time to sail/cruise at this point in our lives. The boat is currently on the hard on the North Shore in MA. She is currently rigged as a sloop but we have all the cutter pieces if buyer prefers the original set up. Diesel engine is original (1980) but running strong. Overall condition is good. The boat is very seaworthy and she receives compliments everywhere we go.
